Weather and Closures

If there is snow fall over 3″ during the schools normal operating hours, the school will be closed. Make ups for the closure will take place on Friday.

In case of inclement weather Westfield School of Music is not tied to the public schools schedule!

• We will do our best to keep the music school opened during inclement weather unless it is a blizzard.
• If the school is opened and you choose to cancel your lesson you will be responsible for the payment of lesson.
• If we decide to close, the make-up lessons will be scheduled on Fridays on the same week, same time. If you can’t make this make-up please contact directly your individual teacher to schedule your make-up lessons. If your teacher decides to cancel, he or she has the responsibility to make-up the lesson.
• WSM does not credit lessons, so please make sure you attend your make-up lesson otherwise you will forfeit your lesson and the associated fee.

Westfield Music School is closed on :

Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and Thanksgiving.

If you choose to cancel a lesson for another holiday other than the ones mentioned above you will be responsible for the payment of the lesson.
